Visiting the website
The website consists of static pages, images and video. To deliver and protect a visit, our hosting provider Mijndomein processes technical request information, such as your IP address, the requested URL and browser information. The hosting environment uses these logs for access-restricted web statistics to understand site usage and operation. No visitor login or profile database is connected.
Cookies and fonts
We have not enabled browser marketing cookies, advertising pixels or analytics code. Images, videos and fonts load from our own website; no external Google Fonts connection is made.
Contact and early access
The contact button opens your own email app. The website does not send or save a registration. Only when you send a message do we receive your email address and message content through our email provider Mijndomein. We use these to answer your question or, if requested, let you know when the app becomes available. To stop receiving that update, email info@runbrun.com.
Purposes and legal basis
To deliver, protect and monitor the operation of the website and answer questions, we use data based on our legitimate interest in operating the website and handling contact requests. We only send an app availability update if you ask for it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@runbrun.com.
Retention
We keep contact messages as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up. We retain requests for a launch update until the message is sent or you withdraw your request. For technical logs, the necessary period for operation, security and fault investigation is the guiding criterion. We do not build visitor profiles.
